The goal of our medical education is to develop academic excellence, and to guide the formation of enlightened scholars with originality and competence in research, professional services, and teaching. This goal can be achieved by utilizing scientific knowledge of high standards in diagnosis and treatment. Physicians aiming community health as a priority and establishing good communications with their co-workers in ethical standards, are prerequisites of this mission. According to the mission, graduates are expected to be involved with national health policy in order to raise the quality of Turkish healthcare.
